Article 30.7 of law 39/2015, 1 October, administrative procedure common of public administrations, identifies the General administration of the rule set, subject to the labor calendar officer and in their respective fields, the calendar of days off work for the purposes of computation of deadlines. It also ensures that this timetable must be published before the start of each year in the official gazette concerned, as well as in other media that guarantee its widespread knowledge.

As a novelty, the Act 39/2015, in his article 30.2, exclude Saturdays of computation of deadlines.

In the area of the General administration of the state, the calendar of days off work is published by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function, through the secretariat of state of Territorial Policy and Public function.
