Information and verification of certificates

The law 39/2015, 1 October, Common Administrative procedure of public administrations, devotes chapter II its title I, identification systems and signing of stakeholders in the administrative procedure. In Articles 9 and 10, refers to identification systems and signature, respectively, based on electronic certificates recognized or qualified, which have been issued by suppliers as included in “List of confidence of certification service providers (TSL)”.

The certificates admitted to the electronic site of the secretariat of state of public administrations, are supported by the platform @Firma ministry, whose relationship is reflected in document of Suppliers of certification services @Firma (PDF, approx. 1353 kb).

To check the validity of certificates of this website, you can use the services of the platform Valide, provided by the Ministry of Finance and Public administrations.
