ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Pursuant to the Royal Decree 1112/2018, 7 September, on the web accessibility and applications for mobile devices in the public sector (hereinafter Royal Decree 1112/2018, 7 September) entities within the public sector must guarantee accessibility requirements of their websites and applications for mobile devices. Also, in accordance with Article 15 of the royal decree 1112/2018, 7 September, entities responsible for the websites and applications for mobile will provide a statement of accessibility detailed, thorough and clear on the conformity of their respective websites and applications for mobile devices with the same.
This statement of accessibility applies to the website of the commissioner for the market of tobacco: https://cmtabacos.sede.gob.es.

This website is partially in accordance with the royal decree 1112/2018, 7 September, due to the lack of conformity of the aspects that shown below.

The content contained below is not accessible by:
- Lack in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, 7 September: there may be specific bugs editing in a web page, both in content HMTL as final documents, published at a later date to 20 September 2018 (date of entry into force of the royal decree 1112/2018, 7 September). Specifically can be errors in those documents containing graphics or tables complex.
- Disproportionate burden: not applied.

Through this procedure may initiate a claim to know and oppose the reasons for the dismissal of a request for information accessible or complaint, call the action in the case of not agree with the decision, or explain the reasons why it believes that the answer does not meet the requirements.
Link to the grievance procedure, which should lead to the unit responsible for accessibility from the finance ministry, department of secondment commissioner for the market of tobacco. Claims will be received and processed by the General Office Information of transparency, Data protection and Web Services (which serves as the Unit responsible for accessibility from the finance ministry, that we depend on), or to the General secretariat Technique (if the claim is for a performance of this unit).

In the future will be carried out daily partial revisions web content new or modified, both the templates as the pages and final documents published, in order to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of the standard UNE-EN 301549:2019, considering the exceptions of the royal decree 1112/2018, 7 September.
