Pursuant to the Royal Decree 1112/2018, 7 September, on the web accessibility and applications for mobile devices in the public sector (hereinafter Royal Decree 1112/2018, 7 September) entities within the public sector must guarantee accessibility requirements of their websites and applications for mobile devices. Also, in accordance with Article 15 of the royal decree 1112/2018, 7 September, entities responsible for the websites and applications for mobile will provide a statement of accessibility detailed, thorough and clear on the conformity of their respective websites and applications for mobile devices with the same.

Link to the grievance procedure, which should lead to the unit responsible for accessibility from the finance ministry, department of secondment commissioner for the market of tobacco.
