Article 6.2 of the Royal Decree 1671/2009, 6 November (PDF, approx. 510 KB), which develops partially Law 11/2007, of 22 June (PDF, approx. 936 KB), electronic access of citizens to public services mentioned, within the services that electronic headquarters made available to citizens, the letter of services and electronic services letter.
Please note that references in this rule to the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, shall be construed as done to those provisions of the Law 39/2015, 1 October. Ref. BOE-A-2015-10565. that regulate the area under his Single Additional Provision 3.
In the art. 8.1 of the Royal Decree 951/2005, 29 July, which provides the overall framework for improving the quality in public administration (PDF, approx. 266 KB), these letters are defined as the instrument through which the organs, agencies and entities of the General administration of the state inform citizens and users on services that are entrusted on their rights in relation to those and on the commitments of quality in the delivery.
